Comment: This battle is not over. Do we have a two party system? We may soon find out. On the surface it would appear the Republicans which are generally not for mandates would have a better than average odds of winning this court case. However, if there are RINO's, the mandate stands and will go national and for everyone very quickly. Let us pray for the best.
