Comment: Some of us have been waiting for something like this. I thought it would be for the unvaccinated so this surprised me. A friend said, when the German Brown Shirts got started they had a badge which stated they were in charge, they were better than you, etc, etc. Applying that here in light of Seal 1 and Seal 2 makes sense.
